How To Assign Games To You And Your Staff

When you assign games to yourself or your staff it will create a custom schedule. You can then export the schedule to excel or simply access it from your TGS TOTALcollegiate mobile app or computer.

From the Event

  • LOG INTO your TGS account (Click Here)
  • Select the tab EVENTS
  • Select the ARROW Next to the event
  • Under the CREATE STAFF SCHEDULES, select the first option.
  • Select the Game(s) and CLICK the button ASSIGN GAMES
  • Choose your coach and the games will be assigned to the coach

From TGS Mobile Device

  • Find any game on the mobile deveice
  • Select the ASSIGN GAME LINK
  • A list of your staff you show up
  • Select which STAFF MEMBERS you are assigning the game too
  • Hit the SAVE button

From the Team

  • LOG INTO your TGS account (Click Here)
  • Select the tab CLUBS
  • Find your CLUB
  • Select TEAMS form the left navigation
  • Select the ARROW Next to the team
  • Select SCHEDULE from the left navigation
  • Select the Game(s) and CLICK the button ASSIGN GAMES
  • Choose your coach and the games will be assigned to the coach

From the Player

  • FIND YOUR PLAYER
  • Select the ARROW next to their profile
  • Select SCHEDULES on the left hand side
  • SELECT the game
  • ASSIGN your staff by selecting the ASSIGN GAMES BUTTON
